We all started at the same time, I and three other co-workers were in front of the group. Couple of minutes later, our boss who is a lot older ran ahead of us. I decided to follow him and leave the other guys behind. I tell you what, that old man push my limits LOL, and at the end of the run he said, "Son, running is all about your mindset" In other words, it doesn't matter the age, or sometimes your body, if you have the right mindset, which is all it takes for you to get live a different lifestyle.
