Hey, First of all, my main goal for yesterday’s email was to inspire you to not give up. Whether you are struggling to figure it all out as far getting started with your exercises, or what is the best time to exercise, I personally feel good when exercising every morning at 6am. Yes, every morning from Monday to Friday, I wake up at 5 and by 6 I am either at the gym or in my house working out. By working out, I don’t mean free weights, I do muscular endurance workouts, cardio workouts, sometimes gymnastic workouts, or cross fit training mix of everything. With that said, one thing you will learn from me, in the near future, is that I like to self-improve, or what others might refer to it as (self-development). In other words, I like to read content that would help me personally, or content that would allow me to help others. I know some of you might be eager to get started in your daily workouts, trust me, I know that feeling. It’s a good feeling; however, working out is great and dandy, but you can’t forget the meal portion. I was one of those guy that once I started to learn the fundamental of exercises (free weights) I went bunkers!, but I didn’t notice real results right away because I lack the knowledge on properly exercising and eating as well. You might say, Martin that easy, all you have to do is eat chicken, meat, vegetables, fruits and that’s about it. That was might thinking as well, but I had to nourish my mind in order to properly nourish my body. And the only way I was able to accomplish that is by reading. It might take you few books to understand or get the right information for you. Nonetheless, you can never stop reading or self-developing yourself it’s a continuous process. P.S...By the way, I encourage you to stay tune for next several messages because I will provide with some good information that might help start in the right path. As I say, it’s all about nourishing your mind first, in order nourish your physical body. Talk to you soon, Martin
