One great way to relieve stress is by doing regular physical exercise. Exercise can really make you work through the anxiety, and it really just makes you feel good. This is especially important if you are prone to anxiety attacks. Develop a routine and make it a habit. Slowly increase the intensity of your physical exercise. So if you usually go for a walk, try going for a jog instead.
